Let me introduce on of the meals this week, Fajita Salad w BBQ Chicken. Chicken marinated in lime and tequila! With iceberg lettuce, radicchio, fresh-cooked pinto beans, jack cheese, cherry tomatoes, scallions and olives. A wonderful fresh lime and orange juice - balsamic dressing comes on the side.
The Chicken was so tender and flavorful. Amazing! This Fajita is much much better than I had few time in Mission area ( San Francisco) Can't compare!
