Whenever I eat roast chicken, I remember Zuni Cafe in San Francisco. Their signature dish is Roasted Chicken but it's quite expensive for what it is. So, I don't go there often.
Well, I've missed the roasted chicken a lot. However, I had another amazing organic roasted chicken with herbs from Jessie et Laurent. Roast chicken can be such a treat, as well as a perfect weeknight meal. This roasted chicken was amazing. Fresh and moist. The chicken was cooked with lemon, onion, garlic and fresh tarragon. Great dinner with lots of wine!
