Irish Beef Brisket & Guinness Stew from Jesie et Laurent was rich and hearty and a perfect gourmet meals to serve on a cold day, like San Francisco is always windy..

I  served this stew for Sunday for my family and friends,  lunch and then, late in the day. Irish coffee and Irish bread as well.

I was in Ireland with my husband 5 years ago and I remember we had Irish Beef stew with Guinness. It was absolutely delicous and the first authentic Irish meal we had and while all the food was great there was nothing that could beat the Irish Stew. So, I was very happy when I found this stew on the menu from Jessie et Laurent. OMG! Seriously this stew was amazing.
