Let me talk about Potato Spinach Gratin I had from Jessie et Laurent today. OMG! You know what's amazing about this gratin? It's full of russet potatoes and spinach, gruyere cheese and a little bit of cream. It was perfect side dish. It was not too rich or heavy. It was just perfectly delicious!! I liked the layering process involved in creating this gratin. The flavor was just wonderful.. I wish I had some yammy soup which go well with this gratin.. Probably, Jessie et Laurent will offers some healthy soup next week!
