Irish Beef Brisket & Guinness Stew from Jesie et Laurent was rich and hearty and a perfect gourmet meals to serve on a cold day, like San Francisco is always windy..

I  served this stew for Sunday for my family and friends,  lunch and then, late in the day. Irish coffee and Irish bread as well.

I was in Ireland with my husband 5 years ago and I remember we had Irish Beef stew with Guinness. It was absolutely delicous and the first authentic Irish meal we had and while all the food was great there was nothing that could beat the Irish Stew. So, I was very happy when I found this stew on the menu from Jessie et Laurent. OMG! Seriously this stew was amazing.

Healthy Baked Penne with Roasted Veggies

Happy  Monday San Francisco!

Let me tell you what I had dinner yesterday. It was Baked Pasta with Grilled Veggies from Jessie et Laurent. This is one of favorite foods that is so comforting and homey, but also amazingly flavorful that makes it seem like it came from a fancy restaurant. It was lovely and cheesy and absolutely delicious. I’m very new to the world of curry or any Indian food. In fact, this is the first curry I had in my life..
I thought Indian curry is too spicy for me that is why I've never tried,I mean I didn't want to..  But, when I took a look of the weekly menu of Jessie Laurent this week, I found Shrimp with Indian Curry and Carrot Sauce. Ok.. I was like lets try this dish.

I really loved this dish though. The curry sausce was very mild maybe because the sauce was made with lots of fresh ginger, garlic, onions, carrot & Indian curry spices with a touch of coconut milk.
 And the shrimps were awesome!!!

Spaghetti & Beef Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

I love spaghetti and meatballs! I mean- eating, not making!

Last night, I had Spaghetti and Meatballs with tomato sauce from Jessie et Laurent.
The meatballs were made with Niman ranch beef. The quality of Niman Ranch beef was amazing, raised traditionally, humanely and sustainably with no hormones or antibiotics on family-owned ranches.

This was absolutely the most wonderful spaghetti. I work long hours and don't have time to cook at night to make a 2 hour meal like this, so what I do is order gourmet cooked meals delivered every week from Jessie et Laurent.

Gourmet Meals for College Students

Good evening, folks!

My nephew who is living himself and goes to City College of San Francisco and final exam is coming up next week or so. 

He spends weeks and weeks prior going over notes, drinks one or two cups of coffee more than usual, and cram for countless hours at the library. Finals week can be both a stressful and overwhelming time. I don't think he eats healthy food...
